The Rules

No illegal DRUGS of any kind are allowed on the vessel. If any are found,
the authorities will be immediately notified & the charter will be terminated. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. |

No Hard Liquor is allowed on the vessel. Beer & Wine only, and only if you
are of legal drinking age. Limit 1 six-pack of beer or 1 liter bottle of wine per passenger. No exceptions! |

The Captain is in charge at all times and his decisions are final.

Drunkenness & rude behavior will not be tolerated. Please treat the
crew like they are your best friend. Your cooperation is appreciated. |

Smoking is allowed only in the cockpit, not in the cabin, head or pilothouse.

|

No GLASS Bottles - Cans or Plastic bottles ONLY please

The customer is responsible for ALL supplied tackle - you break it or
lose it and you own it !!! |
